CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT, BUSINESS ADVISOR AND TAX CONSULTANT

Mark founded the firm in 1993. He provides personal and business tax planning, assistance with IRS audits, business advisory services, turnaround consulting, family-owned business advisory services, estate planning, and assistance with business start-ups, entity choices, valuations, and sales & acquisitions. Mark has experience providing expert testimony and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

In addition to serving on various advisory boards and committees, Mark is also a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA), Dayton Association of Tax Preparers (DATP), and CPAConnect, and has the distinguished honor of being a Kentucky Colonel.

Mark earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Miami University.
