What is Onvio?

Onvio enables you to easily exchange documents and collaborate with Bradstreet & Company CPAs through a secure online portal. Onvio also provides a space where you can provide e-signatures for acknowledgements and authorizations.

How to Register Your Onvio Account

  1. When you are given access to the client center, you will receive an email with the subject line “Register Your Client Center Account”.

    **If you do not receive a registration email, please check your junk mail.

    **If the registration email never arrives, please call (937) 436-3133 or email so that we are able to resend.

  2. Once you receive the registration email, click the REGISTER NOW button.

  3. Fill in the necessary fields and create a password for your portal.

  4. Once you have successfully registered, you will be redirected to the Onvio Client Center.

    **In the event that you do not get redirected, simply type onvio.us/clientcenter into your browser.

  5. Login with your credentials. Your username will be the email address that your registration email was sent to.

  6. We recommend that you set up multi-factor authentication but it is not required.

  7. Once you have registered and are logged in, you are now able to access, upload, and share documents.

Onvio is accessible from any device. The Onvio App can be downloaded to any mobile device through the following QR codes.
