Bradstreet
and Co., Inc. Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) has been in business since
1993.
 In 1999, our business expanded to include Bradstreet & Associates, Inc.,
CPAs in Xenia, Ohio.
Two key reasons for our continued growth and success are:

MARK C. BRADSTREET
Certified Public Accountant
Mark has been in public accounting for over 30 years and is a member of
the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of a national
network of local independent accounting firms named CPAConnect. He
founded Bradstreet & Co., Inc., CPAs in Dayton, Ohio in 1993 and along
with his wife, Dawn Bradstreet, CPA, acquired another accounting firm in
Xenia, Ohio in 1999. He is a graduate of Miami University with a Bachelors
Degree in Accounting.
Mark has a broad base of accounting and tax experience, including business
consulting, business start-up, tax planning, retirement models, estate
planning, turnaround consulting, bank financing and strategic business
plans.

DAWN BRADSTREET
Certified Public Accountant
Dawn has been in public accounting since 1994. She received her Bachelors
Degree in Accounting/Finance from Wright State University. She is a member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) and Ohio Society
of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).
Dawn is a partner at Bradstreet & Associates,
Inc., and specializes in tax planning, business consulting, and computerized
accounting system set-ups.

LANCE BRADSTREET
Public Accountant
Lance has been with Bradstreet & Company, Inc. since 2001, and his experience
and education span from a Bachelors Degree in Accounting to a Series 7 FINRA
License. Lance’s areas of expertise include but are not limited
to; corporate & personal tax compliance, financial statement preparation & analyzation,
and structuring corporate tax saving strategies for both entities & their
shareholders. Lance is an affiliate member of the Ohio Society of Certified
Public Accountants.

LINDA J. JOHANNES
Certified Public Accountant
Linda has been in public accounting since 1990. She received her Bachelors
Degree from Capital University. Linda is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Ohio Society of Certified
Public Accountants (OSCPA) and Dayton Association of Tax Professionals
(DATP).
She has experience working with agriculture, clergy, estate clients,
businesses and high-income individuals in the areas of tax planning and
preparation, payroll and start-up business.
Linda also is experienced in
providing QuickBooks and Peachtree assistance for businesses and individuals
and is a Notary Public.

MEGHA PANDYA
Certified Public Accountant
Megha has been in public accounting since 1996. She received her Bachelors
Degree in Accounting from Bombay University in India. She has a Chartered
Accountant degree from India, Cost and Management Accounting degree from
India and CPA designation from USA.
Megha has significant experience in
public accounting specializing in the areas of auditing and tax preparation
for individuals.

RICK PREWITT
Enrolled Agent
Rick joined Bradstreet & Co., Inc., CPAs in 2000 and has many years
of tax, business management, financial planning, real estate and marketing
experience. He is a graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelors
Degree in Business Administration.
Rick specializes in tax preparation, tax planning and tax research for
individuals, corporations, estates and trusts. Rick is also a Notary
Public.

GLENNA BRADDS
Accountant
With over 30 years of public accounting experience, Glenna has a broad
background in general accounting procedures, payroll processing and tax
preparation.
She has significant experience working with corporations,
partnerships, trusts and farm returns.

LINDA NOLAN
Accountant
Linda has worked with Mark Bradstreet since 1980. She has over 30 years
of public accounting experience with a broad background in various business
industries and general business accounting.
Linda's specialties include
tax planning and preparation, payroll processing, company start-up procedures,
QuickBooks and Peachtree.
Linda is a graduate of Sinclair Community College
and is a Notary Public.

DORCAS HILLIARD
Administrative Assistant
Dorcas has been with Bradstreet & Associates since it began. She
keeps us organized and is most easily recognized by her friendly voice
on the phone and her willingness to help our clients in any situation.
She is proficient in all Microsoft office applications and specializes
in billing software.

MARY ANN SHERIDAN
Administrative Assistant
MaryAnn attended Sinclair Community College. She is knowledgeable in all
Microsoft office applications and specializes in office organization.
Her experience includes administrative work, client relations and day-to-day
operations. MaryAnn is a Notary Public.

RICK HILLIARD
Accountant
Rick is currently studying at Sinclair Community College for his Associates
Degree in Accounting. He is experienced with individual and business taxation
issues and has worked at Bradstreet during the tax season since 2001.

HILARY HITCHCOCK
Certified Public Accountant
Hilary has worked in public accounting since 1997. She received her Bachelors
Degree from Furman University in South Carolina, and also has a background
in public education.
Hilary is an affiliate member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accounts,
is a Certified QuickBooks Advisor, and a member of the Honor Society of
Phi Kappa Phi.
