Bradstreet
and Co., Inc. Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) has been in business since
1993.
 In 1999, our business expanded to include Bradstreet & Associates, Inc.,
CPAs in Xenia, Ohio.

MARK C. BRADSTREET
 Certified Public Accountant, Business Advisor and Tax Consultant
Mark founded the firm in 1993 and serves as managing partner. He has served his clients for over 30 years with proficiencies including personal and business tax planning, IRS audits, business advisory services, turn around consulting, family owned businesses, estate planning, financing, reviewed and audited financial statements, business start-ups, entity choices, valuations, strategic business planning, and sales/acquisitions of businesses.
Mark graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and has served on various advisory boards and committees. He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA), Dayton Association of Tax Preparers (DATP) and CPAConnect.

DAWN R. BRADSTREET
 Certified Public Accountant, Business Advisor and Tax Consultant
Dawn has been in public accounting since 1994 and is a partner at Bradstreet & Associates, Inc. Her areas of expertise include tax planning, tax preparation, financial statements, business consulting, business start-ups, family owned businesses and computerized accounting (Quickbooks and Peachtree).
Dawn received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance from Wright State University. She is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), Dayton Association of Tax Preparers (DATP) and CPAConnect.

LANCE E. BRADSTREET
 Business Accountant, Financial Planner and Tax Consultant
Lance has been with Bradstreet & Company, Inc. since 2001. His experience and education span from a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Wright State University to a Series 7 FINRA License.
Lance’s areas of expertise include corporate and personal tax compliance, financial statement preparation & analysis, and structuring corporate tax saving strategies for both entities & their shareholders. Lance is an affiliate member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), the Dayton Association of Tax Preparers (DATP) and CPAConnect.

LINDA J. JOHANNES
 Certified Public Accountant, Business Advisor and Tax Consultant
Linda has been in public accounting since 1990. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Capital University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), Dayton Association of Tax Professionals (DATP), National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and CPAConnect.
Her specialties include agriculture, clergy, non-profits, businesses and high-income individuals in the areas of tax planning, preparation, and payroll. She also assists businesses setup and maintain their tax and accounting records on Quickbooks and Peachtree software. Linda is also a Notary Public.

MEGHA M. PANDYA
 Certified Public Accountant, Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor and Tax Consultant
Megha has been in public accounting since 1996. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bombay University in India where she became a Chartered Accountant. She also has a Cost and Management Accounting Degree from India and a CPA designation in the USA.
She has significant experience in public accounting specializing in the areas of auditing financial statements and tax preparation for individuals, corporations and partnerships. Megha is also experienced in small business accounting and is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. She is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), Dayton Association of Tax Preparers (DATP) and CPAConnect.

HILARY E. HITCHCOCK
 Certified Public Accountant, Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Tax Consultant
Hilary has worked in public accounting since 1997. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Furman University in South Carolina, and also has a background in public education.
Her proficiencies include assistance with compiled financial statements, accounting procedures, record reconstruction and Quickbooks training. Hilary also does tax planning, tax returns, business start-ups and works with family owned businesses.
Hilary is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Ohio Society of Certified Public Accounts (OSCPA), Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and CPAConnect.

NORMAN S. HICKS
 Certified Public Accountant, Business Advisor and Tax Consultant
Norm has over 23 years experience in public accounting. He has extensive experience in the areas of tax planning and preparation of complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and LLCs. His proficiencies also include handling IRS audits and negotiations, as well as payroll tax audits and preparation. In addition, Norm provides QuickBooks and Peachtree assistance and prepares compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements.
Norm received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Wright State University and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA) and CPAConnect.

RICHARD A. PREWITT
 Enrolled Agent, Tax Consultant and Financial Planner
Rick joined Bradstreet in 2000 and has many years of tax, business management, financial planning and marketing experience. He is a graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
Rick specializes in tax preparation, tax planning and tax research for individuals, corporations, LLCs, estates and trusts. He also represents clients before various officials of the IRS, state and city taxing offices and is the Editor of the firm’s Tax Tip of the Week email newsletter.
Rick is a member and past-president and past-treasurer of the Centerville Evening Optimist Club as well as an Associate Member of the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA) and the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).

GLENNA M. BRADDS
 Business Accountant, Tax Preparer and Tax Consultant
With over 35 years of accounting experience, Glenna has a broad background in payroll processing, tax preparation, and business accounting which includes Quickbooks and Peachtree. She also works with individuals, family owned & closely held businesses, corporations, trusts, non-profits and LLCs. She has significant experience working with corporations, LLCs, partnerships, trusts, farming operations, real estate rentals and various payroll tax audits.
Glenna is a member of the Dayton Association of Tax Preparers (DATP) and CPAConnect.

LINDA D. NOLAN
 Business Accountant, Tax Preparer and Tax Consultant
Linda has worked with Mark Bradstreet since 1980. She has over 35 years of experience in the accounting profession with a broad background in various business industries including machine and tool manufacturers, contractors, professional businesses, healthcare, and family owned businesses.
She has an Accounting Degree from Sinclair Community College. Her specialties include tax preparation, tax planning, payroll processing and new company start-up procedures. She prepares compiled and reviewed financial statements and also provides QuickBooks and Peachtree support. Linda is a Notary Public, a member of the Dayton Association of Tax Preparers (DATP) and CPAConnect.

RICHARD D. HILLIARD
 Tax Preparer and Accountant
Rick has studied accounting at Sinclair Community College and has worked at Bradstreet since 2001. His proficiencies include individual and business taxation preparation, and resolving tax issues for self-employed individuals and family owned businesses.
Rick also has significant experience in optimizing various filing status scenarios and depreciation deductions. He is a member of CPAConnect.

DORCAS A. HILLIARD
 Administrative Assistant
Dorcas has been with Bradstreet & Associates since it began in 1999. She keeps us organized and is most easily recognized by her friendly voice on the phone and her willingness to help us and our clients in any situation.
She is proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and specializes in time and billing software as well as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Dorcas is a member of CPAConnect.

MARY ANN SHERIDAN
 Administrative Assistant
MaryAnn attended Sinclair Community College. She is knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Acrobat, Dreamweaver and specializes in office organization. Her cheerful disposition along with her proactive attitude is uplifting to all of us and our clientele.
Her experience includes management services, client relations in day-to-day operations, and time and billing software. MaryAnn also is a Notary Public and a member of CPAConnect.
